Terms & Conditions – Quickstep Construction
Plastering and Tiling Training 

1. Bookings

On receipt of a completed booking form accompanied by a cheque for £100 made payable to Quickstep Construction a place for you will be confirmed on the specified course subject to availability. A confirmation letter will be sent to you by return post.

2. Payment Terms

The full course fee of £400 (£100 deposit as above + £300 balance) can be paid by cheque payable to Quickstep Construction 7 days before course commencement date or by cash on the morning of the course. If the payment is not received attendance on the course will not be allowed.

3. Course Changes

Quickstep Construction reserves the right to change the format of the course for the benefit of the customer without giving prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any course and will advise as soon as any changes are known. Quickstep Construction will use all measures to avoid this however in this event Quickstep Construction will refund in full or transfer to another course all monies paid by the customer.

4. Cancellations & Transfers

Cancellations or transfers made within 2 weeks of the start of the course will result in the loss of any deposit paid. Transfers made more than 2 weeks from the start of the course will be accepted without charge.

5. Warranty & Liability

It is the customer’s responsibility to determine that the course is suitable for their requirements and that they are competent to achieve the objectives of the course.

Quickstep Constructions liability for loss or damage shall be limited to a claim for damages. The maximum liability will be the charges for the course out of which the loss or damage has arisen. Quickstep Construction will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of any negligence by any person attending the course as a student.

6. Health & Safety

Equipment is provided and students will be advised at the beginning of the course on how to use it. Quickstep Construction will accept no responsibility for any injury whilst not following the safety guidelines. Each student attends the course at their own risk.

7. Copyright

The copyright and all other property rights in the course will remain the sole and exclusive property of Quickstep Construction.
